Summary

The workplace venues specialist owns the on-site scheduling and operational delivery of events across Wise’s workplace venues, including two primary event spaces and a training room. The role also leads the porter team and coordinates with AV, security, facilities, and vendors to ensure safe, reliable event setups and resets.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue bookings and resolve calendar conflicts
• Review event briefs and confirm room configurations
• Coordinate AV, security, facilities, and catering support
• Lead porter scheduling, training, and daily task allocation
• Oversee event setups, live escalations, and room resets
• Maintain safety, fire, and capacity compliance standards
• Refine event support workflows and operational playbooks
