Summary

This senior workplace venue operations role manages event logistics across on-site office spaces, supporting more than 10 events per week. It line-manages the porter team and coordinates with IT/AV, Security, Facilities, and vendors to deliver safe, well-prepared venues.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue bookings and resolve calendar conflicts
• Review event briefs and recommend suitable room layouts
• Coordinate event set-ups with IT/AV and vendors
• Lead porter scheduling, task allocation, and coaching
• Respond to live event issues and escalations
