Summary

This on-site workplace venue specialist role owns the scheduling and operational delivery of frequent events across office venues. It also line-manages the porter team and coordinates with IT/AV, Security, Facilities, and vendors to maintain safe, event-ready spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue bookings and resolve calendar conflicts
• Review event briefs and confirm room configurations
• Coordinate av, security, facilities, and catering logistics
• Lead porter scheduling, training, and daily task allocation
• Resolve live event issues and operational escalations
• Enforce capacity, fire, and health and safety standards
