Summary

This is an in-house workforce transformation role at Aviva focused on operating model design, organisation design and strategic workforce planning. The senior consultant will lead engagements with executive leaders and work in a hybrid arrangement across Bristol, York, Sheffield or Norwich, with around 50% office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated operating model engagements
• Design future-state organisation and workforce models
• Diagnose organisational challenges with senior leaders
• Identify future skills for genai-enabled work
• Prepare executive presentations and decision papers
• Provide evidence-based strategic recommendations
