Responsibilities

• Create and publish bi-weekly clinic rotas
• Track open shifts and coverage gaps
• Administer Quinyx locations, roles, and policies
• Configure automation to reduce administrative workload
• Produce weekly staffing and labour reports
• Reconcile timesheets and HRIS-to-payroll data
