The VP, Strategic Operations will lead strategic and operational expansion across the UK and Europe for Hims & Hers. The role will build new markets, capabilities, partnerships, and operating models in a regulated healthcare environment while leading a high-performing team.

• Lead strategic operations across the UK and Europe
• Take new capabilities from feasibility through stabilization
• Develop launch strategies across operational functions
• Assess feasibility and sequencing of growth opportunities
• Manage partnerships with pharmacies, labs, and providers
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner decisions
• Transition mature operations to functional operators
