You will take a healthtech wearable and real-time employer dashboard from problem definition through mvp validation, working across product, design, technology, growth, and commercial development.

Responsibilities

• Own early builds from problem definition to shipping
• Get products into users' hands through experiments
• Shape customer experience and product vision
• Partner with founders to sharpen venture focus
• Support ventures through studio stage gates
• Monitor market dynamics, emerging technology, and user behaviour
• Share progress, trade-offs, learnings, and recommendations
