Summary

This role supports day-to-day transaction monitoring at Barclays, reviewing and investigating customer activity and escalating suspicious cases to the NCA when necessary. The description includes team supervision responsibilities, and the role is based in Glasgow with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Review customer activity and transaction monitoring alerts
• Investigate suspicious transactions and report them to the NCA
• Resolve issues and alerts arising from monitoring tests
• Maintain case records and audit-ready investigation summaries
• Develop procedures and controls to mitigate monitoring risks
• Recommend improvements to transaction monitoring processes
