Summary

The Total Rewards Analyst supports global compensation and benefits programmes, including benefits administration, salary benchmarking, compensation analysis and annual reward cycles. This is a mid-level analytical role working with People Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll and external providers across Kpler's global locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage global benefits enrolments and employee queries
• Coordinate insurance renewals with external providers
• Analyse salaries against market benchmarks and ranges
• Produce compa-ratio and pay-gap analyses
• Support annual merit and compensation review cycles
• Maintain auditable reward data and documentation
