• Lead technical demonstrations for prospective enterprise customers
• Design and run evaluations, pilots, and proofs of concept
• Build reusable demo environments and technical assets
• Guide customers from architecture discussions to deployment
• Troubleshoot integrations across customer systems and infrastructure
• Share customer feedback with product, engineering, and ml teams
• Train the commercial team on technical capabilities
