Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of custom AI agent deployments for enterprise customers in regulated industries, from SOW development through production rollout. The role owns technical delivery planning, customer relationships, value measurement, and reusable delivery processes in a hybrid environment with 25–50% travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Structure SOWs with milestones and success criteria
• Map customer workflows and define MVP scope
• Sequence roadmaps for forward deployed engineers
• Prioritize engineering backlogs and manage scope
• Lead executive briefings and stakeholder communications
• Measure deployment impact through KPIs and baselines
• Build reusable delivery playbooks and solution patterns
