Summary

This technical lead will own the foundational infrastructure powering Build’s agentic AI workflows in production. The role covers autonomous workflow reliability, infrastructure security, compliance, observability, and long-term system evolution at institutional scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate core agent infrastructure
• Design resilient systems for complex failure modes
• Own infrastructure deployment and ongoing evolution
• Oversee production infrastructure security and compliance
• Prepare security evidence for audits and reviews
• Maintain security responsibility documentation across engineering
• Partner with product and applied ai teams
