Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through closing
• Build pipelines across engineering, commercial, operations, and legal
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements
• Design onboarding and performance management frameworks
• Develop compensation structures and employee experience
• Manage people tools, contracts, and administration
• Ensure people compliance across jurisdictions
