Summary

This is an in-person talent-sourcing and recruiting role focused on building Inherent’s team of researchers and engineers working in frontier AI and scientific R&D. Based in King’s Cross with regular international travel, the role will develop candidate networks and improve hiring systems alongside the founders and Faraday.

Responsibilities

• Map talent across ai research and infrastructure
• Source researchers and engineers from leading labs
• Represent Inherent at conferences and events
• Build and track employee referral networks
• Run candidate pipelines and interview experiences
• Work with Faraday to improve hiring systems
