Summary

This founding talent acquisition role will own recruiting end-to-end across engineering, product, and go-to-market hiring. Based within Conduct's London or New York operations, the successful candidate will build the recruiting infrastructure and shape the company's employer brand and hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting lifecycle across all role types
• Source and screen technical and commercial candidates
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Build ATS workflows, scorecards, and sourcing playbooks
• Partner with hiring managers on role definitions
• Manage external recruiting partners when needed
