Summary

This strategy and operations manager will build Outpost's physical-goods cross-border commerce infrastructure, covering landed-cost calculation, customs clearance, DDP/DAP routing, returns, and merchant onboarding. The role works directly with the CEO and cross-functionally with product, go-to-market, and partnerships. It is an onsite position based in London or Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Build landed-cost calculation systems for checkout
• Develop HS classification processes for merchant catalogs
• Design DDP and DAP routing rules
• Manage carrier and broker relationships
• Resolve customs clearance and shipment failures
• Onboard merchants onto cross-border infrastructure
