Summary

You will join sierra’s agent strategist function to scope, build, and ship ai agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily. You will partner with agent product managers and agent engineers, combining product strategy and conversational design with customer insight to deliver high-visibility agent development projects. The role is full-time and based in-person in san francisco, with Arabic language capability required.
