Responsibilities

• Maintain the COO's project tracker and priorities log
• Build plans, timelines, and status reports for initiatives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and board leadership materials
• Coordinate function leads and track agreed deadlines
• Support major client implementations and renewals
• Run external meetings and manage client and vendor relationships
• Analyse financial and operational data for COO decisions
