Responsibilities

• Lead the Deloitte alliance across UK and Ireland
• Build joint business plans and executive sponsorship
• Develop certified CXone and Cognigy partner practices
• Pursue named-account bids, RFPs, and co-sell opportunities
• Coordinate joint campaigns and partner enablement programmes
• Support partner-led deployments and customer references
• Report pipeline, bookings, certifications, and joint wins
