Summary

Staff software engineer (sre) role focused on improving reliability of grafana cloud database products built on mimir, loki, tempo, and pyroscope. You will own production reliability for high-sla multi-tenant customer environments, design and implement automation, and lead incident response and post-incident reviews while partnering closely with embedded product engineering squads. This is a fully remote role for candidates from the uk, sweden, spain, or germany.

• Own production reliability for high-sla environments

• Define and evolve per-tenant slo targets
• Reduce slo burn to prevent repeat incidents
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
• Improve alert quality and reduce noisy escalations
