Summary

This staff+ software engineer will build and operate Anthropic’s platform connectivity infrastructure, including the MCP proxy, OAuth systems, permission models, and official SDKs. The role is hybrid, with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time, and supports teams across products and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate MCP proxy infrastructure
• Build OAuth and token management systems
• Own SLOs, incidents, and postmortems
• Create enterprise admin controls and permission models
• Contribute to MCP standards and official SDKs
• Scope projects and make architectural decisions
• Partner with research to productize capabilities
