Summary

The senior director will lead and scale Shield AI’s international Aechelon sales organization across simulation, visualization, and autonomy solutions. This director-level role focuses on integrating an acquired business, expanding sales to defense agencies, government customers, primes, systems integrators, and enterprise buyers, and driving cross-sell revenue across Shield AI’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the international Aechelon sales team
• Integrate sales teams, processes, systems, and strategy
• Own international segmentation, coverage, and account strategy
• Identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities
• Expand sales across defense and government markets
• Standardize forecasting, qualification, and deal governance
• Lead complex pursuits and executive customer engagements
