Summary

The Special Officer will work directly with the CEO on high-priority strategic initiatives spanning strategy, operations, product, business development, recruiting, and special projects. The role coordinates cross-functional execution from the London office at least three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution
• Conduct market and competitive business research
• Coordinate execution across multiple business teams
• Build processes that improve execution quality
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
• Prepare executive analyses and presentation materials
