Summary

The solutions engineer builds customer integrations and technical infrastructure for distributed energy devices and electricity markets. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in Axle Energy’s Farringdon office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer integrations
• Troubleshoot implementation issues with customers
• Design scalable solutions for energy devices
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements
• Steer customers toward effective launch plans
