Summary

This senior software engineering manager will lead and develop CoMind's product software team across embedded systems, firmware, GUI, and real-time processing. The role owns the software roadmap, architecture, and delivery from prototype to production in a regulated medical-device environment, with a hybrid arrangement based in the london office four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the software engineering team
• Set priorities and individual development plans
• Own the product software technical roadmap
