Summary

This senior engineering manager will lead teams responsible for M&S’s Time & Labour enterprise SaaS platforms, including HCM, scheduling and payroll technologies. The role owns the technical roadmap and drives platform delivery, reliability and team development in a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams
• Provide technical leadership across HCM and scheduling platforms
• Own the Time & Labour technical roadmap
• Partner with product and architecture teams
• Oversee platform planning and continuous enhancement
• Drive release management and platform lifecycle governance
