• Manage a caseload of small claims track cases
• Analyse evidence and develop liability and quantum strategies
• Negotiate settlements with clients, insurers, and solicitors
• Proof witnesses and draft their statements
• Prepare court documents and meet court deadlines
• Instruct and brief counsel on litigated cases
• Maintain case records and provide progress updates
