• Coordinate researcher onboarding, access and support journeys
• Manage operational dependencies, bottlenecks and cross-service risks
• Develop operational KPIs and communicate service insights
• Coordinate issue resolution across squads and vendors
• Manage partner alignment, SLA adherence and escalations
• Support incident follow-through and operational change communications
• Oversee scalable support and onboarding workflows
