Summary

This lead-level role oversees end-to-end service delivery for Northern Trust's IPS performance, analytics, and private markets solutions. It coordinates client initiatives, cross-functional delivery, risk management, reporting, and change programmes for institutional and family office clients across the Middle East and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client initiatives across IPS product lines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans
• Manage incidents, escalations, and corrective actions
• Prepare executive reporting and service escalations
• Lead client change requests and operational improvements
• Support contract renewals and commercial reviews
