Summary

This is a senior ux designer role on a 12-month fixed-term contract, focused on end-to-end customer journeys, interaction design, prototyping, design systems, and inclusive digital experiences. The hybrid role is based in Edinburgh and supports financial services products at Lloyds Banking Group.

Responsibilities

• Craft end-to-end user experiences across journeys
• Create prototypes with sketch, invision, figma, axure, adobe xd
• Gather user research and usability testing feedback
• Balance business requirements with user needs
• Extend central design systems across projects
• Guide developers through design delivery
• Advocate inclusive and accessible customer experiences
