Summary

This senior total rewards analyst will own compensation, equity, and commission programmes across Motorway, reporting to the chief people officer and partnering with Finance and senior leadership. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the London office, and covers market benchmarking, salary architecture, equity plans, commission reviews, and reward analytics.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark compensation against external market data
• Build salary bands from job architecture
• Run annual merit and gender pay cycles
• Maintain compensation data in Humaans dashboards
• Analyse equity pools, grants, and vesting
• Review commission plans with business leaders
• Administer employee equity awards and communications
