Summary

This is a senior, three-month fixed-term contract recruiting role focused on hiring senior engineers across backend, fullstack, platform, and AI. You’ll build outbound pipelines, run searches through offer, and partner closely with the CTO and engineering leads.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple senior engineering searches in parallel
• Build target lists and boolean sourcing searches
• Conduct multi-channel outreach to passive engineers
• Screen candidates for technical depth and ownership
• Calibrate role profiles with the CTO and engineering leads
• Manage offers and competing processes through close
• Document sourcing playbooks and improve Ashby workflows
