Summary

This senior talent acquisition lead will own end-to-end hiring for go-to-market roles at Omnea, from sourcing and screening through candidate closing. The role partners closely with senior leaders, builds recruiting processes and networks, and works in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Map and source top-tier go-to-market candidates
• Conduct first-stage candidate screening
• Define role specifications with hiring managers
• Coach interviewers and refine scorecards
• Craft targeted candidate outreach messaging
• Run invite-only talent networking events
• Close candidates through the hiring process
