Summary

The senior solutions architect implements and supports NICE deployments and integrations for public safety and criminal justice customers. The role is based in a secure room at the Hedge End office, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement custom deployments and integrations
• Configure non-standard client systems
• Manipulate databases and deployment files
• Support new product and version launches
• Identify scope variances and escalate issues
• Diagnose and reproduce customer issues
