Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the AI workforce transformation agenda
• Coordinate workstreams across HR, technology, data and business
• Translate strategic goals into scoped transformation roadmaps
• Develop business cases and measurable success criteria
• Manage programme risks, issues and dependencies
• Lead and develop project managers through coaching
• Align resourcing and capacity with business priorities
