Summary

This senior operations associate role will support ZOE's international market and retail expansion through cross-border logistics, inventory control, procurement support, and compliance processes. It is a UK-based fully remote position, with quarterly in-person offsites at the London office, requiring three or more years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound logistics plans for international launches
• Translate retail requirements into 3pl instructions
• Coordinate cross-border shipments and customs documentation
• Track shipment milestones and in-transit inventory
• Process purchase orders and goods receipts
• Reconcile 3pl stock counts at month-end
• Build repeatable launch checklists and playbooks
