Summary

This is a senior manager-level technology consulting role leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central delivery for UK public service organisations, particularly local authorities. The role owns core HR design, concurrent client workstreams, team development, quality assurance and reusable solution assets, with hybrid working from Belfast, Edinburgh, London or Manchester.
