Summary

The senior manager will lead HR operations across Europe, Asia and LATAM, directly managing an HR Operations Manager and coaching the broader regional team. The role is hybrid, with more time expected in the office than working remotely, and can be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona.

• Set the international HR operations roadmap
• Manage employment compliance across multiple countries
• Oversee contracts, mobility, benefits and payroll
• Improve workflows through automation and AI
• Manage vendor relationships and key initiatives
• Directly manage the HR Operations Manager
• Set service standards and report operational metrics
