Summary

This senior infrastructure engineer role designs, delivers, supports and maintains secure infrastructure across AJ Bell’s technology estate. It is a hybrid technical contributor position, with at least 50% of working time spent in the office, combining hands-on infrastructure delivery with technical leadership and guidance for less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver infrastructure changes and projects
• Support secure production infrastructure services
• Troubleshoot complex technical incidents and problems
• Produce implementation and support documentation
• Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity
• Guide less experienced infrastructure engineers
• Manage change control and operational governance
