Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of backend systems
• Lead multi sprint initiatives across a product domain
• Identify bottlenecks and execute safe production migrations
• Make pragmatic decisions for distributed systems concerns
• Run thorough code reviews and mentor engineers
• Partner with product and data teams to scope work
• Improve developer experience with tooling and observability
• Ramp on legacy areas and execute high leverage cleanup
