Summary

This senior role owns the operational delivery of complex research customer projects and the development of Prolific’s global participant supply. The role combines hands-on participant operations, marketplace optimisation, project planning, and cross-functional work to improve research delivery and scalability in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant acquisition, onboarding, verification, and activation
• Deliver complex research customer projects against requirements
• Maintain high-quality participant pools for research demand
• Optimise onboarding and activation funnels for retention
• Monitor engagement and quality metrics to drive improvements
• Develop project plans, workflows, playbooks, and documentation
• Identify supply gaps and build scalable solutions
