The role is hybrid, based in london or stockholm, with flexibility to work from home and occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the groove fullstack platform
• Design initiative tracking and planning workflows
• Deliver end-to-end features across the stack
• Improve frontend and backend performance and scalability
• Participate in on-call production incident response
• Define architecture across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards
