• Own monthly group bookings, ACV, and ARR reporting
• Prepare executive reporting packages and management commentary
• Maintain group-wide commercial metric policies and definitions
• Review deal structures for bookings and ARR treatment
• Analyze retention, renewals, churn, and ARR drivers
• Reconcile data sources and resolve reporting discrepancies
• Develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI
