Summary

This mid-level FP&A role covers reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering for Zen Educate’s UK and US operations. It is based in London with a hybrid arrangement of two days per week working from home.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly management reporting
• Automate manual reporting and finance processes
• Build driver-based revenue, headcount and cost models
• Run variance analysis across actuals, budgets and forecasts
• Analyse unit economics, marketing roi and regional performance
• Support investment and pricing decisions with cost-benefit analysis
• Reconcile finance data across systems and document processes
