Summary

The senior director will set strategy and oversee cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, reliability, security, and cost management across IFS. They will build and develop an infrastructure team of 6-8+ people in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Define company-wide cloud platform strategy
• Build and develop a 6-8+ person infrastructure team
• Mandate infrastructure-as-code and self-service automation
• Maintain reliability, availability, and disaster recovery
• Strengthen cloud security and compliance controls
• Optimize cloud costs and capacity planning
• Scale infrastructure for agentic ai workloads
