Responsibilities

• Research global cultural and fashion trends
• Create seasonal trend concepts and product direction
• Design jersey ranges across key womenswear categories
• Drive fashion shapes, hero pieces and big deals
• Use customer insights and sales performance data
• Present concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior designers and develop supplier relationships
