Summary

The senior data center it technician will troubleshoot and resolve server hardware issues within a data center environment, covering l1/l2 support, linux systems, and basic networking. This is a full-time day-shift position focused on technical diagnostics, documentation, process improvement, and collaboration with l3 technicians.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced server hardware issues
• Resolve hardware problems and document workarounds
• Handle l1 and l2 support tickets
• Update it hardware processes and documentation
• Diagnose complex issues with l3 technicians
• Support basic network troubleshooting tasks
