Summary

Senior customer deployment engineer responsible for installing, upgrading, and supporting ACRA in customer environments, including cloud and on-premise infrastructure. The role combines customer-site delivery and travel with a hybrid setup, including three days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer installations from discovery through handover
• Assess infrastructure readiness and customer requirements
• Configure ACRA across cloud and on-premise environments
• Plan upgrades, backups, recovery, and validation
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and storage issues
• Maintain runbooks and train customer operators
• Improve deployment workflows and installation tooling
