The role focuses on marketing automation, CDP data quality, experimentation, AI tooling, localisation, and retention flows across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch triggered lifecycle flows across markets
• Ship ai agents for crm flow operations
• Run statistically sound a/b tests by market
• Optimise channel sequencing across email and mobile
• Route non-consenting users through app and login
• Manage localisation with english, german, and french copywriters
• Maintain cdp integrations and identity-resolution quality
