This senior counsel role provides employment law support across Europe and APAC, covering contentious and non-contentious matters for business and functional partners. It is a permanent, full-time position based at RBC’s London office, with four days on-site each week.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice across Europe and APAC
• Manage employment litigation and defence strategies
• Oversee external counsel costs and performance
• Update T360 matters and litigation provisions
• Advise on employment legislation developments
• Manage HR-related investigations
• Lead ad hoc legal projects
